"I prefer Burger King over most fast food spots personally but I find myself going less and less because of the customer service experience, specifically in the morning times, in the evening it’s pretty meh, but I’m not surprised, it could easily be a higher score for me but how you treat your customers is a big deal for me"

"Did drive thru. Can't understand the conversation through the speaker system. Maybe a language barrier? Unfriendly staff."

"We arrived in the drive-thru at 6am. Website says they open at 530. We stayed in line with many other cars behind us waiting for someone to come take our order. After at least 10 min of waiting I called . They lady that answered was very polite and apologetic. She explained that their drive-thru was broken and was short 2 staff. She didn’t have a cashier or biscuit maker!!!! Very disappointed in this particular store. ☹️"

"Today, we order what sounded like especially delicious patty melts for delivery. We were really looking forward to some great burgers that you guys usually serve. We ordered the spicy ones that were supposed to have onions and jalapeños and spicy sauce on toasted bread. What we got were two incredibly small one patty with two pieces of cheese sandwiches. NOTHING else! PLAIN. As always, onion rings were excellent! Soft drinks, perfect mixture of syrup to carbonated water. So-so Hershey pie, as in Luke warm. I have noticed that whenever it it a delivery order from Burger King, the burgers are ALWAYS not what we ordered. Can’t blame it on delivery as they had our order exactly as specific as we ordered. The fault is on BURGER KING in THOMASTON GA! When we eat there or pick up our order thru drive thru, we check before leaving, but delivery can’t do that. Please remind your managers that this kind of service reflects badly not only on you all as a corporation, but it also makes consumers not want to do service with them."

"This place has some of the worst customer service ever. Went there today and they tried give me what they wanted me to have as my order instead of what I wanted. If you are selling single, doubles and triples you need have them listed with prices or ask the customer which would they like to have. You do not just give them one or the other. Then on top of that it was not good. Will be awhile before I think about going back. But I have only high praise for the manager that handled the situation."
