"Fairfield Inn at Kennesaw was clean but our room smelled strongly of a deodorizer. I asked the front desk clerk Razah if I could look at a different room to see if the smell was as bad and he quickly accommodated me. The 2nd room had just a very faint scent. Razah kindly helped me move our luggage to the new room. Couldn’t be happier with the service. The desk clerk when we checked out was very friendly and polite."
"The service here has been incredible. Not the fanciest room but good. The staff is the heart and soul of this place. 24/7 they have been great. Good breakfast everyday. Price is good. They do a great job here. I will stay here again on service alone."
"The room smelled musty, like the curtains were never opened. We stayed 3 nights. By the time we left, I had a sinus infection. The mini fridge was a fridge only and did not have a freezer section. It was not very cool or cold. They do not have a 'hot tub' anymore. They filled it in with dirt and dead looking plants. All the signage, etc. is still there for the hot tub. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The bed was nice. The shower has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the wall, so if you forget yours, they have some. The parking is good. It is right by I-75 and not far from I-575, so easy access. Many great restaurants and shopping nearby."
