"This location is supposed to open at 8:15 am but the workers are always in the building talking and open the doors at 8:25 am or later. I run a small business on the side and work full time. I have to get here at 8:00 am just to be the first one in line and maybe I’ll get seen at 8:30 am. I barely make it in time for my full time job. This post office’s professionalism is very disappointing but unfortunately this is the closest one to my house and work."

"I have packages scheduled for pick up all the time. The postman has now on 11 occasions ignored my request and drove off. Today I had a scheduled pick up. He ignored it and was on the other side of the street. I got my packages and yelled out to him to wait. He took off like a rocket. Driving through a school bus drop off and never delivered the mail for the opposite side of the street going all the way to the cross street and took off again. I followed him to the exit of my subdivision and gave up. I have notified the post office and complained on several occasions. Once they came back out and picked them up. Why are my tax dollars being wasted on a lazy person who doesn't do his job and now endangers small children?"

"Seems as if every since the older front desk clerks retired things at this location has gone downhill. It’s very strange that 8/22/2023 I mailed a letter certified mail from this branch to a company in San Antonio and as of 8/28/2023 there’s no tracking info provided although it shows it’s at a post office in San Antonio Texas. I spoke with Anthony Freeman, a supervisor at this branch days ago who I had to wait 15 mins to speak to at the front counter. He seemed nonchalant, claimed he called the branch in San Antonio Texas, left a message for the branch manager but received no response. I too called the same number he gave me, left a message and the branch manager called me back within 30 mins citing he never received a call or voicemail from Freeman at the Marietta branch who sent my mail which was a document with sensitive information. USPS needs a major overhaul and oversight, carriers are making mistakes that cost us the customer and stealing mail too. I reported this situation to the inspector general as well"

"I’ve always had pretty solid service here, all things considered. It’s never been fast but the staff is at least cheerful and pleasant. They do have large partitions put up since Covid so you can feel safe. Normally there isn’t a terrible line which is good if you need to drop something quickly."
