"My stay at TownePlace Suites in Kennesaw, GA, during my business tour was exceptionally pleasant. The hotel's modern and well-designed rooms provided a comfortable and productive environment for my work-related activities. "Worst hotel experience ever. I chose this hotel for my family because it had the most space and beds. The pull out sofa was totally unusable, I saw roaches in the bathroom, mold around the shower, spots on the sheets, and dirty carpets. The housekeeping staff knocked on the door multiple times before 10am very rudely asking when are we leaving. I will never go here again... This was not a true Marriott experience I did not feel safe bathing my infant or putting him down to crawl on the floor"
"Excellent stay! I have never been to a hotel where the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room (1 bedroom with full kitchen) was spacious and clean. The lady in the breakfast area went out of her way to help out. Location was nice outside of the craziness of Atlanta. If we come through here again, we know where we will stay!"
"The rooms are sticky and musty. The bathroom did not have horrible ventilation. The carpet was damaged by a pet previously. The beds require replacement due to having indentations from other guests' bodies. If the bed had a memory form it memorized the previous person. The kitchen was the best part of the room. No complaints. Housekeep came at 8 am. Far too early."
"Outside of hotel is beautiful and well kept. Inside is a let down. It's clean but dated and in need of repairs. Went to go down the stairs and the hand rail popped out of the wall in my hand. Our ac unit leaked and the floor was soaking wet. You hear everything in the rooms. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. Hot eggs or waffles or cereal. Staff was present but quite and polite. For $160 a night I probably won't stay here again. Seriously no water pressure!!!! Head my warning if you have hair!!!"
