"The room we stay in is very nice size-wise. The staff here are really friendly too. Unless they're on a mission, they're happy to smile and wave. The only issues are the water temperatures and bugs. It's either broiling hot, or freezing, never in-between in the shower(fine in the sinks), no matter how long you wait or tamper with it. And yes, there are roaches. They do try to handle it, but for as long as other people are messy and leave food all over, there will be roaches, regardless of how much the staff clean. Not gonna lie though...the roaches are just extreme. The longer you stay, the more you see. Got traps and stuff all over, and they're just everywhere. Whenever the staff sprays, they actually INCREASE instead of decrease. They go breed in rooms people won't allow them into, then spread out to everyone. These are the German Cockroaches, they're very poison tolerant. Y'all need a new method, and to properly seal the walls. That's where they're nesting."

Apparently, someone with the same common name as mine had trashed a hotel room at that very location nearly 20 years ago. The kicker? I was just a 5-year-old child two decades ago, making it physically impossible for me to have caused such havoc. The staff's sheer lack of logic and reason left me stunned and vulnerable. In a strange town, late at night, I was abruptly turned away after parting with my hard-earned money. It's not just a terrible customer service experience; it's a genuine safety concern. I was put in an incredibly dangerous position, far from the comfort and security I had expected from a reputable hotel chain like Choice. Fortunately, I managed to find alternative accommodation nearby, but the sheer incompetence and insensitivity of the staff at Choice Hotel remain etched in my memory. This incident serves as a stark reminder that not all establishments prioritize customer well-being and satisfaction. When booking your stay, do yourself a favor and consider the potential risks associated with staying at a place that lacks reason and compassion. "This hotel deserves to be shut down!! Zero stars, walked in my room had roaches, bad customer service too, I come to check in there’s nobody here past a certain time. Have to call for someone to give me service!! Walked right out too! Highly recommend nobody book here!! There should be a cashier always here. Definitely will get my money back not ever staying here"

"Nastiest place I've had the misfortune to stay. Absolutely filthy, reaked of urine throughout the building, including my room. Floor was so nasty, I had to wear socks to keep from contracting some disease. The meth heads hanging around outside really add to the charm. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE!"

"This place is completely infested with roaches. No matter what you do..they keep coming out. The staff try their best to clean but it's too late. The trash closets at the end of the hallways are a breeding ground/ feeding frenzy for the roaches. There are always roaches crawling on the walls in the hallways. There is also a weird odor in the hallway. Ceiling on 1st floor is exposed & water is constantly shut off for repairs. $400 a week is too much for the amount of roaches you have to endure. Small dorm fridge sucks & doesn't keep food cold also someone loves to pull the fire alarm at 2am. If you must stay let this be a stepping stone to some place better. This is not a long term housing solution. The staff was always nice it's not their fault the roaches have taken over. The building is in absolute need of a full tent fumigation."
