"The food is always great but I placed my orders online so I could just come in and pick them up only for them to not be ready even 30 mins later while 3 employees helped another pushy customer. The pushy customer even told another man it "would be awhile so he shouldn't wait". This one was just closer to my friend's place but I'll go to another store next time. They are remaking everyone's sandwiches and one female employee licked her hand before rolling up a customer's order."

"I walked in and a lady was making a sandwich. No customers. She had box braids. I was not greeted. I said Hello. Still nothing. I asked if I can use a coupon. She asked if it was expired. I said No.. then you can use it. It was her tone that made me say Forget It. I went to another location with better service."
