"Horrible!!!!! I ordered 2 3pcs combos. The chicken was not fresh at all! The mash potatoes was cold and the gravy was colder! I will never come back to this Church’s AGAIN. That’s if I even give Church’s another dime! I called to speak the manager (Michelle) to see if I can come back to replace my order. She stated that she knew the chicken was old it been sitting for 3 hours and it’s 9 o clock and they not drop no more chicken! I asked can I come back tomorrow. She stated that I come tomorrow with my receipt and they will replace it! I would NEVER give them my business again!"
