"I think they actually gave me someone's old burgers. For as long as I waited my burgers should have been hot with melted cheese. Instead they were barely warm, smashed into the box and the cheese was cold. Avoid this place at all cost."

"I only gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. First, our order was taken and the guy on the drive thru speaker was ok, not overly nice, but nothing to remember in terms of bad service. When we drove up to the window we were handed 2 of our 3 drinks and then asked to move up to 'the white line' to wait. Waited about 10-15 minutes to get our order -- 50.00 worth. ALL of the Cheese Krystals were so cold it literally felt like they were in the refrigerator or left out in a cold building overnight. The cheese was not melted at all (11 in total). We decided to keep the fries and the Krystal Chicks because they appeared to be ok. As soon as I Walked in I was met with attitude. When I explained that our food was cold - I was told 'you are over exaggerating'. Shocked at what I heard, I asked the lady what she said and she said it again!! I then asked who the manager was and apparently it was the lady standing next to her that had no problem with her talking to me like that. When I asked her 'are you ok with her talking to me like that?. No response. I was not in a good place so I asked my husband to wait inside for them to cook the food so I could try to feed my 3 hungry babies fries and Chicks. Fries were awful. Chicken crust was rock hard and there was so much gristle in them, the kids couldn't even eat them. 45 mins later, we have replacement food. It was no better.... AND we still never got that 3rd drink. Please do not waster your time or money on this place."
