"I think that raising insurance $120 for no reason at all and no warning is a pretty disgusting thing to do. How can you expect someone to pay $120 more with no warning!!"

"I do not recommend !! Someone hit my vehicle on August 17 and they were insure through travelers. It’s now September 19 and I’m still dealing with this claim. My claims representative was highly unprofessional and barely answered my calls; Come to find out she wasn’t even in the office. Then someone else called me and he was even worse. He did not answer anything, voicemails, calls or text. I had to learn that my car was total through another random representative I called. I also had to wait two 1/2 weeks before getting any inspections or estimates. Then the worse part is my car was declared a total loss Monday and I didn’t find out until Thursday when I called and spoke with a random representative because the claims representative wasn’t answering for days. I’ve been dealing with this since August 17. No one reached out to me to inform me I was going to be with out a vehicle. Then they don’t cover rental, I am only going to be allotted 7 days in a rental after they total my vehicle and pick it up. So after all this, barely any assistance without having to get upset. Awful communication between parties and just outright no disregard for the customer. Do not get travelers insurance, ultimately you just lose."

"Over 20% increase! No claim just inflation! Big corporations want more and more my mom is 81 and in bad health! Her increased insurance alone took 100% of her social security increase! The employees at Travelers were rude etc etc. Geico was terrible also with insurance on car that was traded."

"My car was determined to be totalled on 4/5/22. After weeks of trying to call the adjuster, texting and emailing, we were finally told on 4/25 that it was totalled. The company that holds the deed has been trying to call them for a week to get all the paperwork so they can write the car off and haven't gotten a hold of them or a return call. Worst insurance company I have ever had. If you have the misfortune of having to use them, I'm very sorry. They're a joke and obviously don't care about their members"

"My husband’s vehicle broke down on his way to work, and he had to leave it in a parking lot. We needed a tow truck to get it to our mechanic. The service was so bad, it took a day of work to get it arranged, and another portion cleaning up their mistakes. I have insurance for ease and convenience. Now, I’m glad I have it, because I need therapy. 1. The app wasn’t working, so I had to call, and hold, and hold. 2. First unhelpful person was very hard to understand, transferred me several times, and then disconnected me. (I made several calls- but I’m trying to be brief) 3. Instead of being notified that we needed to pay out of pocket for a portion of the service, someone from a company I didn’t know of, called and asked for my card number. I didn’t feel comfortable, so I had to call travelers. Again. Refer to number 2. 4. This morning, I received a text about the tow driver arriving to the wrong address. I then had to call and straighten that out. Despite my efforts- the tow driver called me from the wrong location. Save yourself some peace. Find another company."
