"I had same issue. Took cover off pool, started sand filter change and pump installs then completely ghosted. No response or call backs. Pool is worse off than when he started frogs have infested it. Took my old pumps left new ones unhooked up. Pretty much ruined my pool."
"Started out OK. He came out a few times and decided the sand needed replaced. he did that but never finished the job. He took the filter cap home to fix and never came back. have called several times and he will not answer. Our pool has been out of commission all summer so far. When we investigated the state of things realizing he was never coming back we found he damaged a portion of the filter during the sand change out. Sadly, I would not recommend."
