"I called at 6am to see if they had openings for thanksgiving break this week and they told me that they did. And they told me I could go online and sign up. After going online to sign up and it failing I figured I would just head up there before work and get her signed up. I called again to follow up and make sure and they proceeded to tell me the opposite. That it was too late to sign her up and that everything had to be done by last Friday. I told them it was unfair to me to change so last minute and now I will have to miss work and my daughter will be so disappointed. And they told me it was unfair to them somehow. I work in customer service and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. No kind of skills. They told me there was no leadership or management in the building. So how is it that you’re taking care of people’s kids with no managers there? Kinda concerning if you ask me. I will be reporting everyone I spoke with today to their corporate office and hopefully they can make some positive changes to this hostile place. Please don’t bring your kids here. It’s not safe. They don’t care, and they don’t want to accommodate you at all. Waste of money and waste of time. Shame on them."

"I went here to go lap swimming for the first time, and I just have to say that the pool was so beautifully clean. The lifeguard was also extremely knowledgeable and on top of the reservation schedule. Good experience!"

"This use to be my favorite gym until I had issue with a new gym member and saw that everyone tried to make me out as an aggressive person because I was a black man that's 220lbs. I canceled that membership and moved to crunch where I'm allowed to voice my opinion and not be demonized by my tone assertiveness. Also watch out for the little lightskin dude in the gym, he's antagonistic and will try to get you banned. The memberships cost way too much for someone to follow you around and breathe down your back like a middle school teacher. Also the director only cares about her employees and not the members. They need training on how to talk and deal with members. They never teach the policies until it's in their favor"

"The facility is clean and welcoming! There's something for everyone. The facility is multifunctional/multifaceted. Work out in the gym, take a walk on the inside track, join a zumba or stretch class, have fun in the pool or water park, let the kids stay in kid care... I love that there's so much to choose from!"
