"If I could give a lower rating then a 1 star, I would. NEVER go to this location, NEVER! The employees are RUDE AF. They ignored us and NEVER took our order. It's the one on Columbus Parkway in Opelika, Alabama. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! After being ignored, we left and went to Burger King. I called corporate on this store. Idk what was done, probably nothing."

"This location should not be visited, Do not give them your money UNLESS you like getting ripped off and your time wasted. Order biscuits and gravy and was forced to pull ahead and wait on my order and only received the GRAVY in a BOWL, not biscuits and gravy on a plate like it should have been. YOU CAN'T EVEN ORDER JUST GRAVY. Poor service for a regular mobile user. If I ever am forced to come to this location again, you can bet your last dollar I will leave a review for corporate, I might do it anyway, you guys are lucky this time I didn't feel like running inside to get my receipt, which should have been given to me without question however it was not, as if I did go in the store you would have regretted it."

"Stopped here for a quick bite before another 6hr ride. Staff was great and impressive for the morning shift. Dining area was cold but well cleaned and I commend this location for their friendly service and cleanliness."

"I came here around 10:20 at night. I placed a mobile order and was told that the store was closed. I was informed that they couldn’t do anything for me. The app hours stated that they were supposed to close at 11,which is why the app charged me. The assistant manager said they were waiting on a door dash order but at the same time they were closed. I ended up leaving around 10:50 trying to figure out how to get my money back. I left with no refund or food, and to top it off the door dash never came either."

"Stopped by this McDonald's on my way to New Orleans. Got the chicken, egg and cheese biscuit. Great customer service, and my food was fresh."
