"Items Ordered: 1. Newk’s “Q”: sandwich was extremely dry and overcooked! Lacked sauce and cheese. I couldn’t even see any cheese or sauce on the sandwich. 2. Newk’s Chicken Salad sandwich: it was tasty no complaints. 3. Green Goddess Salad: avocado was rotten. I picked them all off. The salad was prepared nicely with the exception of the rotten avocados. However, the salas dressing is bland. When I got home I added a little salt, lemon, and garlic and it was a hit. 4. Lobster Bisque: the flavor was amiss. The sherry and cream doesn’t compliment the soup. The customer service wasn’t great. We were not greeted, the cashier didn’t engage with us given it was our first time in the restaurant. I felt like a new kid in school trying to figure out if It is self seating, self ordering, and etc. Management need to provide customer training to the front of the house staff. Overall it’s not a bad restaurant, but it can be better."
"Love to go to this place to get a quick bite to eat. When you usually walk in there is a display with all the items that they have to eat to me. I feel like they have reasonable prices. Items are obviously pre-made but they do have a good taste at least. Order the soup and a sausage pizza which delightfully didn't break the bank. Happily, the place did not have any funny orders or smells or annoying pests. And the people behind the counter are helpful when you ask questions about what's on their menu. Like I said, definitely a place that's great to stop by and grab something to eat that's quick."
"This was my second time going to this restaurant. The first visit was pleasant enough. This visit started out that way, but ended up being disappointing. I came in about 15 minutes before closing. I was greeted promptly by the cashier. I inquired about the loaded potato soup. I asked the cashier if the soup had bacon bits. She advised it did not, they were just sprinkled on top. I thought great and advised to leave them off. I placed my order and had pleasant conversation with the cashier while I waited for my order. It seemed to take a little longer than I expected, since no other customers were waiting, but all in all, I was pleased. The disappointment came when I got home. Imagine my surprise when I stirred my soup and thought I saw bacon bits. I thought to my self, no, I must be hallucinating the green tag on the bag stated no bacon bits. So, I took a mouthful and sure enough, bacon bits! Well, that was such a disappointment. $9.00 down the drain. I threw the soup away. Beware, I guess I should have checked before I left the restaurant."
"This is a sandwiches and salad place similar to Panera. Pizzas too. I had the "large pair", a full sandwich and half salad or the like. I chose the Italian sandwich and Greek salad. The sandwich was very tasty, served on warm bread, and the salad was fresh with a good selection of veggies. They're not near me but if I'm up this way I'll go again"
"We had lunch here on a Sunday around 1pm. Busy parking due to other stores, still found parking. Restaurant not busy at all, then started picking up as we were done w our meal. Lots of tables and big dining area. Cashier gives you a number and your order is brought to your table. Hubby ordered the chicken tortilla soup and macaroni & cheese. His soup was really good and flavorful. The mac & cheese a lil watery, but alright. I ordered the half soup/half salad; loaded potato soup…yum and Caesar salad…they did it right. We really enjoyed the food, and the space. I took off a star due to how long it took to get our order. Seemed unusually long for soup and salad. We’ll probably choose this place over Panera Bread next time."
