"NEVER go to this Burger King. It was 4pm on Saturday 12/16/23. I went through the drive thru. Your store was compl dead no customers. I was asked to hold when I went through the drive thru. I waited 10 minutes and asked are you ready now, and was told no "I told you to wait." That shows the employees do not care about the place they work. Just close that Burger King now if you can not find people that want to work there. I will never stop by this store again."

"The food was good, but the manager was not very good. I ordered 3 Whoppers with cheese. They attempted to give me 3 whopper, Jr's with cheese. I tried to fix it and said I have no problem paying the difference. So I gave her $10 and I was told no change because of MY mistake or it had to be exact change. She was very unprofessional. I had to cancel the order and then go in to reorder."

"Horrible food, service was horrible. One employee mouthed off at me for complaining to the manager, right in front of the manager. Waited 30 minutes for food and it was cold."

"The store didn't help me with the refund or any kind of compensation for me having wasted my time, and my time is very important to me. They claim their application is down however didn't shut down their ordering system from their end so that I was still able to place an order, it said it would be ready. I know the systems were down yesterday but you're still showing orders are up and should have closed your store from the options in-store."

"We went in and ordered our food. As we were waiting I watched the chubby guy that was was making food behind the line pull his pants up and adjust them at least 5 times and adjust is boxers at least two times with the same gloves he was making food with. Then go back to making food with the same gloves it was utterly disgusting. I asked the manager to make our food and made her aware. As soon as we sat down she put him back to making food and he was still doing the same nasty stuff. I do not recommend this place unless they do some serious retraining of all their staff. The guys name was michael and according to the manager he was new, but that does NOT excuse his disgusting behavior."
