Ideal Dental Buford

"This place is NOT ideal. The dentist and hygienist are awesome but the business practice is a scam. Went in last Friday for 3 fillings. Price given before treatment. Went to check out and the lady at the desk demanded DOUBLE the Initial payment request. At no time during treatment was I advised it would be DOUBLE. THIS IS ROBBERY. I'm going to the county commissioners and plea. They should revoke their business license. We don't want this type of business in our community ."

"Loved this dentist office. The hygienist was so gentle and extremely considerate. The office manager was considerate and organized, and very helpful. The dentist was extremely kind, showed me my x-rays, pictures, and gave me a mirror to look at my teeth as she described what was needed and why she was recommending the treatment. I had a cleaning and two fillings done and it was very fast with no pain and no complications. All staff were extremely patient and did not act annoyed or put out when I asked questions about my care. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very caring. I loved my experience here and will be returning!"
