"I never know what to expect when it comes to medical experiences. My experience at dentists of Buford exceeded all my expectations. Dr. Cabrera went above and beyond. She was so personable, made sure i was well taken care of and took her time explaining everything to me. The staff was so friendly and followed up with me multiple times to ensure i was taken care of for my appointment. I will be recommending this dental office to everyone i know, but especially Dr. Cabrera!"

"Let’s just say I was the patient you just didn’t want to see today. I complained about everything from the time I walked in the door. I was asked to pay a ridiculous high bill before service was even rendered. I refused. They politely dealt with my refusal. I complained about having to come back 3 times for a tooth that wasn’t even bothering me. I was quite annoyed. Everyone I encountered made sure I was comfortable for my visit. Everyone was very professional and I felt like they cared or at least understood how I felt. I would like to thank Kianna, Kim, Audrey, Dr Cho, and Dr Hans for a great experience. I highly recommend this office. I was completely satisfied when I left."

"THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY! By far the worst dentist I’ve been to. They recommended certain things get done, but I went to other dentists and it turns out they weren’t needed. The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming either. They were instead very judging and sarcastic."

"Do not bother making this your dentist! After two years, I cannot say I’ve ever had a good experience per the basis of integrity and honesty. I aim to be sincere and honest and all of my reviews, and very seldom do I give a poor review. I’m not sure how this place is still in business given the customer service of the receptionist and integrity of Dr Han. I started my relationship with them in 2021 and my appointment was rebooked due to scheduling. The hygienist and Dr wasn’t the nicest, and I observed some used unsterilized instruments, so I politely at the end, told them I wouldn’t be coming back and to not schedule me for the 6 mo . Oddly enough, and my I say without my permission, I get a call 5 1/2 months later from Dr Han that I have an appt with her but she has to cancel because she will be out of town that week. Nice. In June? Summer vacation. Sounds poorly planned! I never found a dentist, and thought how bad could it be, maybe things changed. So I called to reschedule my appointment a couple months later, and when I called, the person said that they weren’t able to book an appointment and I had to book online. I booked an appt for a cleaning, I get there and tell me the hygienist is booked and I’m going to need to wait about an hour to an hour and a half to get seen by hygienist. I made the appointment for a cleaning, and even had a screenshot to show. Horrible time after time experience. I really don’t recommend anyone go back, and I would highly recommend that the Board of Dentistry observe this place for cleanliness and sterilization."

"Wonderful place to get your cleaning done and any dental work you need. I have been going there since they opened and I am pleased and satisfied with the service I received. They are professional and the place is so clean."
