"It's not often I take time to write a review. I like Dr. Yi and her staff but when I showed up today for my scheduled appointment I was informed that they cancelled it because I did not confirm it via text message. I get way too many junk texts so, for me, the bottom line is you should not disrespect those who keep their commitments just because your other patients can't keep theirs."

"The office staff are very friendly. They get you in and out very quickly. The prices are good and the dental work is excellent. My husband started coming here based off of my good experiences too."

"I just spoke with the receptionist at the office a few minutes ago. I explained I had insurance, gave her my card numbers-- she insisted I fax my card to the office. I asked her if she could look up my Delta PPO number I provided and call me back. She wouldn't because I couldn't fax my card today. I was shocked! I'm sure the doctor wouldn't be too happy knowing I am new to the area and was looking for a dentist for my entire family. I told the receptionist " I guess I'll find another dentist!!??" She seemed fine with that."

"Dr. Yi is phenomenal. She and her office staff make us feel at home every time we come in for a visit. They are upfront and honest. No work is performed without consent. She saved us thousands of dollars the first time we saw her. The second opinion we got from her was, the "cavities" a different dentist "found" really turned out to be stains on the teeth. If you are looking for a kind, gentle, honest dentist, Dr. Yi should be at the top of your list!"
