Dentistry for Children - Johns Creek

"Beware all families with special needs children. My daughter was just removed as a patient because of her “condition”. No justification, no innocent, just a statement. “We referred her to another dentist so we will not be able to schedule her because of her condition.” Note: They gave us a referral for a procedure but not for a new dentist. All this because she is Autistic!"

"We've been to this facility twice, and combined, I would give them a zero. The dentist doesn't like to work with kids with special needs, and they're very insensitive. The only wanted to alloe 1 parent in the back, but needed my help to get my daughter into the chair, because she was in a wheelchair. They wanted to do the bare minimal, and was very quick to refer us out to another dentist. The place is dirty and dingy and they discriminate against kids with disabilities and special needs."

"My children love this dentist office. The hygienist Daisy was very kind and patience with my daughter. Dr. Park is amazing! She takes the time to make sure my kids always have a pleasant experience. I appreciate the front staff for always being helpful and kind! Thank you all!"

"Hope corporate office sees this . They never answer the phone, been calling for about a week. Have to call the corporate office to ask questions or schedule appointment. When you actually go in to the office without reaching anyone on the phone, you see 3 girls at the front just chit chatting and gossiping. Not answering the phones, just staring at the patients when they walk in like they want us to go away. Dentist is also being short and has no sympathy toward patients. You can see a lot of reviews about her demeanor and how she treat kids. Always making comments like " there are too many patients here". Very unapproachable and basically yelling back when you ask questions about your child. This office is only open 4 days with one of them being half day, so it’s really 3 days and a half. You don't see that often in the medical field, especially in dentistry. This office is no longer taking their job seriously. What a shame. Hope they get the same treatment with their family members and see how that feels."

"Great experience every time I bring my kids. My son is 3 and it was his first dental cleaning. The hygienist was very kind and patience with him. Dr Park is amazing! She took the time to address all my concerns. Definitely recommended"
