"I was not given the correct information and no details. When I called in multiple times to see why my payments were not what was discussed the reps had no idea what was going on. I paid a down payment over 300 dollars and the company says my account was CANCELED?? Who would pay money to just throw away. Times are hard and I’m doing my best. I continued to call in prior because the app of how I pay was incorrect. I voiced that, I was assured two times that it was on auto pay and the the payment would have been what was discussed! This morning my account was WITHDRAWN of a payment that I did not agree with. When I call in the reps hangs up on me or are rude because they don’t know what to do, or what to say but they know this is WRONG!!!!! I keep getting promised calls back but nothing. I’m so disappointed and upset. I’m not being taken care of as I was promised after given them my money ."
