"My car broke down while I was traveling. I didn’t know what to do. AAA sent me to Tenneson Nissan in Tifton, Georgia. It was the best thing that could have happened! Brian Murray took me under his wing and made me feel safe. When I found out that my car would need a new engine, he got me a loaner car so that I could get back home. Not only that, he found a brand new engine, which was installed in my car! You wouldn’t believe it, but I love my little car! I am *so* happy that I happened to end up at Tenneson Nissan. When the car was *finally* ready to pick up, I was ecstatic! But the engine light came on before I even pulled out of their parking lot. Although it was after hours, Brian Murray came in, gave me another loaner car and sent me on my way. It turned out to be nothing but an O2 sensor; which he replaced and filled up the tank free of charge. There isn't enough I can say about Tenneson Nissan. They are the best!!! I highly recommend them!"

"Called for an oil change appointment before lunch and was scheduled for same day at 1:15 pm. Arrived about 15 early and was headed home by 2 pm. It’s not a 15 minute oil change, and I don’t want a 15 minute oil change. I have done mechanic work all my life and I want my oil change done by the professionals at Tenneson Nissan when I don’t have time to do it myself. "I’ve had one of the worse experiences ever a couple of weeks ago and right now I’m currently back at their franchise for an issue I asked to be checked out on my 2nd car during this recent service and not getting better much to my dismay. I’ve had managers tell me in Sales and Finance that it’s not their problem to deal with Service and last time I checked d a customer is everyone’s responsibility from the beginning of purchasing a car to the final payoff, but maybe it’s because I was trained by Sears Who’s motto was “The Customer Is Always Right!!!” What Did I Miss And When Did It Change To “It’s Not My Job!!!"
