"4 employees and only 1 working, supposedly fresh meatballs but they were still cold and cheese didn't melt, also I asked for both halves of my sandwich to be wrapped separately and was ignored. Very unprofessional and disgusting"

"I walked in at 11:07 to pick up a door dash order and the lady with the coloured hair and painted on blue eyebrows immediately said “were closed” and walked to the back before I could speak. I waited and let her know I had a door dash order to pick up and she said “I don’t have anything to make food with so you will have to cancel it” So I contacted the customer to let then know. I understand if they are closed but honestly terrible customer service. Idc if you are having a bad night or a bad day but you don’t have to make other peoples day bad just because you aren’t happy. Didn’t get her name but I’m sureeee you could figured it out. Good food. Need a new worker if she acts like that."

"My friend went to subway to get my order & when he brought it to me it was completely wrong. He also told me the girl that was making it kept trying to rush between customers to go smoke a cigarette. I came back up there & Bryson was there. Bryson was amazing! He immediately apologized & asked if he could remake the sandwich (which is exactly what I wanted). He was really kind & the interaction was quick & pleasant. He took care of everyone that was in there alone. He was very manner able! He needs a raise!"

"Had to repeat myself like 3 times on what on wanted. Then the lady put stuff on that I didn't want. Then she tried to pick the mayo off and try to fix it. Told her I won't eat it. To start over. She just kept put the stuff back on it. With mayo all over the bread and all. I just walked out."
