Publix Pharmacy at Middleburg Crossing

"The pharmacy staff is extremely rude. I recently switched to the Middleburg location as I moved. I have never had an issue with my previous Publix pharmacy but this location has such rude staff. Thinking of switching."

"This used to be my go to pharmacy, but ever since they’ve gotten newer staff, I’m going elsewhere from now on. They are rude!! Huffing and puffing on the phone, abruptly hanging up, cutting me off when speaking like I don’t know what I’m talking about, when in fact, they are the ones not listening! "Whoever answered the phone the first time hung up on me the second time was so rude I was just trying to figure out the status of my medication being in so much pain had so much unnecessary attitude why work in this environment having to deal with people on a daily basis if you’re gonna be so disrespectful. Brushed off all my questions I had and was super sassy. She should be fired find a new job or be a decent human being it was disgusting. This is not how Publix treats people"

"Usually the pharmacy is awesome. However, November 10th at 4:45pm, I went to pick up meds and it was extremely busy. Many people standing in line because there was a new employee and he is learning. The problem wasn't with the new employee, he was working very hard. The problem was the two pharmacists who ignored the line and kept chatting while the new employee and a super stressed pharmacy technician tried to fill orders. The poor pharmacy technician even had to ask one of pharmacist repeatedly to verify an order. I really felt sorry for the two that were doing their best."

"These guys/gals are awesome. Quick and efficient. Switched a few pharmacies cause I got tired of standing in line or calling and being on hold forever. But these guys/gals are great, fast, and they're always nice!"
