"Rude staff..never plesant. The girl with the light green hair sneezing and coughing repeatedly without covering her mouth or washing her hands while fixing food. She is never in her uniform. Just walks in during her unscheduled shift and jumps on a register. Very unprofessional. Store is always dirty and has a rancid smell."
"All I will say is this store has some very trashy cashiers. It’s like the getto of Fleming Island/Middleburg. You don’t need to go very far to find rude and disrespectful service and then if you call them on their behavior you become the problem. What this store needs is a clean out of all working personal but seems they want to continue hiring unprofessional, uneducated and unqualified people. The corner gas station on 220 and College will provide better service, trust me."
"Should avoid this location if at all possible, unfortunate experiences with new male cashier displaying rude aggressive behaviors to paying customers and alleging managers are in agreement with his behaviors. Caught on camera when an elderly gentleman put him on notice for his rude and disrespect behaviors. Possible that this store may even over charge on items."
"Went to this store to request a review of a previous purchase my son had, to make sure he was charged the correct amount and given back the correct change and the cashier was hostile, rude, disrespectful to us. I’m sure the store has cameras that can be viewed and show how we never went in and behaved towards this person in any manner that would’ve warranted such disgraceful behavior. The cashier would not listen, just started yelling and saying they gave back money and they have the transaction receipt and if they come out short the manager could handle it. He was even behaving manic as if having a manic bipolar episode. It was very scary and not a safe environment to be in at all. I can understand stress if your the only one working but to scream at your customers is completely shameful. I proceeded to buy a pack of cigarettes and a chocolate bar, waited in line and everything so that when it was my turn “he” the cashier proceeded to look at me and in a sarcastic tone ask can I help you, he even tried charging me for a carton of cigarettes when I only asked for one box, then he corrected it and threw the box of cigarettes on the counter. When I looked at the screen the box of cigarettes had not been scanned when I mentioned it to him, he tried to use a scapegoat saying he was waiting for me to input my number for the rewards which was a lie he was just not doing his job correctly because he was to absorb in being hostile and rude. This cashier will one day end up costing this store with a very unfortunate incident. People who are quick to anger without even being provoked are unpredictable and dangerous not to mention bring poor quality in customer service. How hard could it be just to listen and say ok let’s just make sure I charged the correct amount and if I did a mistake I can have my manager fix for you tomorrow. It’s not hard at all to be polite and helpful and show a willingness to do what it right. This cashier even said he doesn’t care if he got fired he could find another job tomorrow, so if he doesn’t care to be genuinely helpful and give quality service at all. Beware next time this happens I’ll call for law enforcement and file a report to ensure the public’s safety. Hopefully management will also look into securing the public’s safety as well."
"Went to the store this morning as I do every morning and I had to wait 10 mins while the cashier received a vendor. You do not put a vendor over a customer then the guy tells me his boss said always take care of the vendors and leave the customers waiting. I have a early work shift and this is supposed to be about convenience. I did not have 10 mins to wait this morning. Very very disappointed."
