Oral Surgery 4 Georgia - Sandy Springs

"Poor communication. Took over a month to actually get a person to call me back. When I finally get to my child’s appt they tell me they do not accept my insurance."

"The most UNPROFESSIONAL oral surgeon practice in Georgia for kids. They literally cancel appointments last minute because they decide they want to be closed the day after a holiday when they are the ones who scheduled the appointment several months ago. I should also mention that his original appointment was scheduled for May, they also canceled that appointment as they had a “Change in schedule” and decided to be closed after memorial day when once again, they are the ones who scheduled the appointment. So this appointment was scheduled 4 months ago and they waited last minute to choose to close on September 5th! The appointment I had scheduled in May was scheduled in January!! Needless to say, there’s no way I’m rescheduling a third time. At this point, my child could have seen another surgeon 8 months ago! I can only imagine what the service is like. TRASH! If google allowed a 0 star rating, I’d give it! Do they not pay attention to the calendar prior to scheduling and magically deciding 4 months later they will be closed? You all need a better office manager and more sophisticated scheduling staff."

"Only 1 stars because of lack of communication, I had call one whole week every day concerning my son’s wisdom teeth and never heard from them! Today is his appointment we arrive and they didn’t even had him in the system with an appointment! (that tells me there is poor customer service and very bad job done) The lady told us to have a seat and wait for to be called, the waiting room is small and it was full, we had to go wait in our car, all of this is telling me is going to be a long day, our appointment is at 11:30 I will be updating how long it took to have him call. It is 11:50 right know"

"We arrived for appointment and waited 45 minutes to be taken back to room. Where the assistant told us we’d need another scan. The Dr. Came in 45 min later to tell us the scan was clear and he needed wisdom teeth removed. Which is why we were there. After consult I asked for pricing to which the front desk told me she’d email me pricing. Never heard back. Called and left message, still haven’t heard back. TERRIBLE customer service!!"

"Expect long wait times. Four hours sitting in the car. My daughter got her wisdom teeth out and after two hours waiting in the car they took her back where she waited another hour. There was a lot of chatter among the staff about their relationships, office gossip, what to order for lunch etc., all while my daughter was just waiting. Finally someone came in but did not speak to her and put in the IV and the next thing she knows she's waking up from surgery. They did not tell her what to expect or let her ask questions or that they were putting her to sleep finally. Not very good bedside manner. Though it is a doctors office it is still very much a business, there was a constant flow of surgery patients being brought in and out. So I think they may have lost some of their empathy concerning surgeries, since they see so many a day. Good thing is she seems to be doing fine so that's a plus."
