"Just bought a platter of 30 wings with fries for curbside , waiting outside almost 20 minutes for us to find out they have it sitting inside …. We get get home and open the ranch , every single ranch we got was expired only one out of the 5 came out white .. theses are freaking yellow u can see the bubbles coming out of them . This has to be a joke …. Message to the closing or opening manger , do better . Y’all getting people sick with this expired ranch . WTH"
"Ordered meals and and extra fries, no seasoning. Idiots couldn't atleast do one of the fries that way. Told them I asked for no seasoning, said I would have to wait for the next batch. This is not a good restaurant nor good food to be waiting 10mins for fries w/ no seasoning"
"Two stars because the staff was nice. You have a B grade (87), which was hiding behind a display on the front counter. At that moment, I should have asked for a refund, BUT I gave y'all the benefit of doubt, thinking the staff would do everything possible to exemplify excellent food and service. Y'all got half of that right and it didn't involve the food. I ordered a 5 pc wing meal and cobb salad. I could have taken a picture of the chicken wings, but "cold" cannot be seen in a picture. Hence the wings meal was cold. The salad had grill smut all through it, which leads me to believe that no one cleans the grill. The cucumbers and lettuce were well pass their prime. Hint: when cucumbers are translucent, they should be thrown away. I threw all of them in the garbage. Y'all piled up the container with lettuce, trying to mask the old, brown and soggy lettuce, that was also covered with the grill residue. The ONLY REASON I went to your location is because the other Zaxby's closed at 7pm. Even the dining area was a mess, and to see only one person cleaning it, was unacceptable. This is a management issue."
