"So. . People go here for one reason. To buy food right. So I go and do just that. However, I would love a drink. Nit just a cup field with ice and a sprinkle of drink. Oh and I would loved my chips and dip to I don't maybe come with the chips. That would be great. I would also love my tacos come with lettuce. That would be nice as well. And when I ask for sauce. I'm not expecting a miracle here just maybe 2 or 3 packets. Is that too much to ask? I don't know. 10 out 10 don't recommend"

"Just order $30 worth of food... I specifically asked for hot and mild sauce. Also asked at the window and they said it was in the bag. I get home and there was only 3 packs of sauce for all of my food. This just irritated me so much. The food was fine but would have been so much better if we had enough sauce for everyone."

"Thats suppose to be my cheese quesdilla with extra cheese and bean and the burritto beside it is suppose to be a 5 layer. This was just ordered from taco bell tonight. It is currently 12:18am October 12th"

"I purchased a double chicken spicy burrito and asked the employee why is it so tiny? He said that they had run out, out of the 12 inch. So they had to use the 10 inch, but he mentioned that all the stuff was in there as a 12 inch. I’m sorry but you guys are reaping people off bottom line. You should give a discount because we are not getting what we paid for. Also look at the amount of fries I received, this is the last time I’ll be in this particular Taco Bell NO WONDER WHY your ratings are so low. PS: MGMT and CORPORATE if you care, you would do something about this. Retrain your staff including managers and assistant managers. People are paying, including me for these items, YOU GUYS CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS."

"The place that made me quit DoorDash. This place, even as a customer, will screw you over. They always have the ingredients concentrated at one location. For example: the sour cream will all be at the back of the burrito/taco. The meat will not be evenly distributed. It's crazy. I remember one taco had less ingredients by weight to the entire tortilla. It had like 4 grams of beef and this is no joke Back to the DoorDash, they will make you weight 1 hour and 5 minutes for your order. That's a real exact time of my experience as I logged it. I couldn't disappoint the customer so I had no choice but to wait. Yes, I waited. And when I try to bring up the issue I'm given rude comments and one answer responses. "Everyone has to go through the line, you're not special" Umm... I'm providing a service fore your company and a customer that waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes to get their food. I didn't say I was special, I just thought I was working WITH you guys They are terrible. Never again!"
