"I found a hair in my pizza. I took a bite of a slice of pizza and choked because there was a long hair going down my throat in my food. Spit it out and there was a long hair baked into my food. Super gross. Lost my appetite"

"It would be fine if they would teach all of their employees how to make the pretzel pizza because half the time I go in there and it’s not even the pretzel crust pizza. It’s very frustrating when you get home and you open the box up and it’s a regular crust with a bunch of salt all over it. They have pretty good people at the register but they’re one manager the girl that’s there she’s very very rude never wants to help in anyway whatsoever she could care less if you have an issue or a problem."

"I placed on an order for Transaction Reference #237126763. The delivery person didn’t leave the drink. I called to request a refund for the drink the the young man I spoke with said he couldn’t assist me with and the manager in the background kept telling him to tell me to request a refund from doordash. I advised him I ordered off the website and he kept trying to hand the phone to the manager and she was in the background telling him she wasn’t speaking to me or offering a refund on a drink and I needed to come pick one up. I advised I paid a fee for deliver and a customer tip to the driver that it was storming and I was not coming to pick it up fo refund it. the manager was still in the pack ground telling the young man she wasn’t going to speak to me and she’d just refund the entire order. I asked the boy for his name and the managers name and told him I could hear how she was speaking and it was very unprofessional and he told me he couldn’t give me her name or he’d be in trouble and he hung up on me. I called back two more times to he hung up on again. I called again and a boy answered again and told someone again I was asking for the managers named and he finally said Coleen. This unprofessional for a business to be represented. If she refunded the entire refund that’s great but she was very rude and condescending in the background."
