Chick-fil-A

"Usually very good service but waited a very long time for food because our order was forgotten about. The only reason we got our food was because we had to say something to them to remind them we were waiting over 20min. Usually good service just hard to see other people getting their food when they ordered after you. I seen other people getting upset over the same exact thing. I think they were more worried about the drive thru than the people in the restaurant. They may need new management for their morning weekend shift."

"This Chick-fil-A constantly forgets items in my drive thru order. Although I should be more thorough on checking my bag of items the amount of times I get home and have 1-2 items missing from my bag is unacceptable. There really should be more training provided for the expediting team."

"This particular Chick fil a is my least favorite. The drive thru is weirdly laid out and awkward to get in if you are coming from the side/back entrance. Our order was wrong and the service was not good at all."

"This location repeatedly leaves something off my order. I have to hop back in the drive through and grab what was left off. Today my husband picked up the order on his way home and being flustered by having to pick up all the medications for my children since they both have flu and bronchitis, he didn’t check the order and they left out the kids meal. I called and there was no apology, only letting me k ow they could add it back or I can come back to get it. When I came in it wasn’t in the system even though I called, I advised that there was no apology. I just feel that the customer service has went down hill. At least offer to refund it since I had to drive back. I wouldn’t have taken it, but to be offered would have been nice for the trouble of having to drive 15 minutes to pick it up."
