"The food was okay. Service was lacking. We ordered, and it took 30 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and fries. People who ordered after us were getting their food before us. Think if I hadn't gone back up to the counter to wait, we would have never got our food."

"Some of the most helpful and smiling employees I have seen in a fast food setting. Food is great and we love thier nuggets, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, poly sauce and original sauce. We frequent this location often."

"I was extremely disappointed on this location, I ordered 2 cool wraps FRIED SPICY, They gave me grilled, when I took it back to the night shift supervisor, Rachel, said they don’t do fried at this location so I asked for a refund. I then asked her if I could order something different and she sent me to the back of the line!! When I got back on the line, I asked the same guy who took my first order who was very nice, why they didn’t do fried at this location and he said they do but he forgot to put it on the comments! The supervisor had a nasty attitude from the minute I told her my order was wrong!! This location does not have good customer service."

"Depending on the time of day you could wait upwards of 20 minutes at curbside for a single drink. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the order people receive their food. I've watched cars park at curbside after me and receive their orders while I sat and waited for just a drink. Twice at curbside and twice at the new mobile thru. If I'm unable to get here before 11:30 am, I drive to one of the other locations in Dalton. Everyone is super nice like you would expect from Chick fil A but the standard of service you get at other locations isn't present here."

"I have never had a bad experience from chick fil a. But today it was just terrible. The nuggets were dried out completely, you could tell they had been cooked for a while. And the macaroni and cheese is so dried out, with huge dried out cheese I couldn't even get my fork through it. And for $8 that is awful. It's a treat for us to eat out nowadays and for 31 dollars. It's just upsetting. I understand they are busy but, nobody wants to pay for food that is enedible because it has been cooked forever"
