"Food is good but the customer service can be lacking. There is one man who constantly tells me “there you go” when handing me back my debit card and “there you go” when handing me my food—no “Thank you!” or “come back soon”. Another woman once told me I didn’t park close enough to the window in a chiding manner. I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes, but if you agree to a customer service job then you should meet those standards."

"Ordered 2 Mexican pizzas and they both tasted like burned chemicals. Absolutely disgusting. I feel like they were in the middle of cleaning the grill and just through my food in with the chemicals Edit: 20 minutes later and I am violently ill. Y'all seriously poisoned me"

"The people that work here is very rude if you wanna order something like at the front register and not on the key where they want you to place an order nevermind if you need help so rude I will not be coming back here I won't recommended any of my friends or family am giving only 4 stars that is for my food hot and fresh I was trying to order inside because drive thru was pack at the time then when I ask for help I have already been standing there a good 30 minutes before I was told they can't take my order at the front register y'all need to get some good help in that store that is willing to help and not have customers walk out"

"It’s fast food, the expectation isn’t too high to begin with, but it has gotten ridiculous at Taco Bell. Try to get someone to take your order, go ahead, I’ll wait. There is an expectation for the customer to use the kiosks. I don’t know, at least the kiosk doesn’t have a perpetual scowl. If you’re lucky enough to not get a scowl from a human being, you’re likely to simply experience being ignored. The prices have gone up, I know everyone is experiencing the same thing, but do something to make me want to come here again. At this point, I do not. I could go to McDonald’s to use a kiosk & receive the scowl. The only place where you exceed McDonald’s is in the getting the order correct. It’s hit & miss at Micky D’s."
