"This is the worst restaurant in town. Idk why it's even open or how it's still running. The lobby is never open. Every time I pick up an order from here, I have to use drive thru & they ALWAYS have an excuse as to why they aren't open at 11am or 12pm!?!?!?! Employees always outside smoking instead of getting your order ready! Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be fired along with the rest of the employees 'not' working there. I'd say they'll shut down next because there's no way they're making enough to pay their utilities along with the incompetent few workers they have. Was told I'd have to wait 15 mins, waited 30 mins before I confronted them having to walk up to drive thru window. A female said she was the manager. She lied to my face about the situation. Then proceeds to smart off to me n ask me if I've ever worked in a restaurant before like I'm clueless! And yes I have! She has no business being in charge of a business & should be fired or demoted immediately. Whoever is allowing this store to be ran by her & ran the way it is should be fired as well, if it's privately owned they should strongly look into selling!!! Horrible place"

"placed order at drive thru (12/27/2023) for an order of wings and coke. Drove to the pay window and paid for my order and was told there would be a few minutes for food prep. I pull forward of the drive thru line and waited 20 minutes and no order was delivered to me and no one seemed to have any concern that I was waiting. I drove off and went on my way home. Worst service I have experienced, I can understand why there is no one ever at this location and I will never be a customer again. They just more or less ripped me off since I had already paid for my order."

"The food was very good, but they missed my 2 sides and extra sauces that I paid for. Even though it was placed on a drive thru mobile order with everything written out. I should have checked that was there everything before I left, but it was disappointing not to get everything I paid for. The staff I interacted with were very courteous however. Just check your bag before you leave to make sure you have everything you paid for!"

"Disgusting. Ordered a family meal only to get it home and find long strands of hair actually cooked into the chicken. Called and spoke to the shift manager,, who stated everyone is supposed to wear hair nets. Returned the food and had them remake it, and was told they "just ran out of hair nets, but there's a guy in the back with a hat on". This same guy won't leave his hair alone. Will take gloves off, mess with his hair, not wash his hands, put gloves on, and do it all over again. The manager thought the whole situation was funny. Her and two other girls snuck off together and started talking about me. This place needs to be shut down completely at this point!"

"Food wasnt good. I got the blackened chicken tenders. It was like eating rubber. Two tiny little biscuits. Mac n cheese was good as well the iced tea. Restaurant clean."
