"This was a first for McDonalds. Worst service- waited forever- place was filthy. NO SALT ON MY “COLD” FRIES. Like how does that even happen? Not only were my fries cold so was my food, and all the workers appeared to be high on drugs. Along with the weird drug addicts in the parking lot. Thank god I was only passing through- if you want to stop here maybe go to the next exist!"

"Worse mcdonalds ever, went through the drive thru and the so called manager gave me issues about refunding my money bc when I got to the window to get my food they said they were out of ground beef, they rushed me so they can close the doors. All I wanted was to know was how was my money going to be refunded, but instead I was dismissed. If u can't work with ppl I suggest u not work for mcdonalds, but I definitely recommend the walnut location!!"

"waited 10 minutes at the front with no cashier present. Placed order to go, including 2 happy meals, and a simple special order on a regular cheeseburger. I explained what I wanted on the cheeseburger 3 times. The cashier (I believe was a manager) seemed to clearly understand, but still, onions were missing from the special order cheeseburger."

"This McDonald's may be the worse one I've ever taken my family to. The employees are rude and will constantly ask if you are done by interrupting you. The app only works half of the time. If you don't speak Spanish fluently then you will have trouble ordering inside. The best best is to order off the kiosk but keep in mind if you want a receipt it never has ink. The food is great in the afternoons but of the morning my food has been messed up several times. My mom tried to order a coke two days ago after driving 6 hours to visit her kids and they informed her that all they had was tea water and kids meal milk or apple juice."
