McAlister's Deli 1429 Turner McCall Boulevard, Rome, GA 30161

"Food was great and service was great. Unfortunately, it took 30 min to get my dinner and they weren't very busy. 1yr update - thought I would give them another try. Food is excellent but the quantity is insulting for $15.00. The sandwich was the same size as the pack of crackers. So sad, because it's tasty. They have forgotten there is a bunch of sandwich delis out there who are more generous."

"I didn't know what to expect walkin on however the store is bright with a nostalgic look. The pictures on the walk were hung wirh plunbing pipes and fittings ( very cool) table and walk areas were lit nicely. The menu board will keep you busy cause there's alot there and easy to read. The sandwiches are good sized and the soups are very good as well."

"A friend and I ordered lunch this past Thursday by phone. Have ordered here many times by placing orders by phone and paid once we picked up. This time, after ordering, told we had to pay while on the phone, debit card info was given to person on phone and order was placed. Friday night several orders were placed, one was to Rooms to Go and another stated Emu, using my debit card information, for 250.00. I’m not saying someone at McAllisters Deli used my card and ordered things but this is the only place that I’ve given out my card info in the past several months, and it’s very suspicious that mcallisters Deli has NEVER asked for payment before when calling in a order for pickup! People be aware! This is being investigated by my bank."

"Love the food here but be prepared to wait, walk in or drive through. We visited other locations when moving out here and really liked them and the service was nice, this location? Not so much. Service has consistently been extremely lacking. Slow, inside and outside, don’t pay attention or care to allergies, etc. There have been so many mistakes on orders. Can’t blame a misunderstanding when you use the app and it clearly puts it in front of them."

"Ooops! I think they forgot us! Took a half hour to get our dine in order, 2 sandwiches, we asked how long till ready, got it 5 minutes later. Another customer had to ask for hers too. I had the BLT-A, DELICIOUS! Scott had a Rueben, we didn't realize " spud chips" was a glorified name for a bag of chips, I reccomend ordering a different side. If we go back, we will not order sandwiches most likely, we will try the stuffed potatoes."
