"Updating my review because this store continues to amaze me with its mess ups. If your employees don’t know the menu or the difference between American cheese and the Swiss cheese sauce then don’t put them on the sandwich line… It’s astonishing how badly this store messes up every order ever. I do not recommend. It’s a sausage egg Swiss, Swiss. Sausage egg Swiss. The Swiss cheese sauce to be exact. It’s not rocket science. Do better. It’s clear from the reviews of this past year, y’all are NOT doing good. I guess keeping customers never was a part of that particular stores goals. This all coming from a past employee, they ignore the drive thru on purpose, and often park their cars in a way that makes their truck have to park in the drive thru so they can avoid customers coming through the drive thru. Just a fun lil fact of the Wendy’s in Rocky face on Chattanooga rd."

"It really feels like the employees do not want to help you and dislike you. I went at 11pm and they didn’t say anything unil I did. I think they wanted me to assume they were closed. He didn’t hear my sauce order so he just put no sauce. The food was pretty stale. I’m assuming they are overworked."

"This girl at the cash register inside should not be working in an environment where she don’t know how to treat people. Throwing stuff in the bag without any care at all and very rude. Do not recommend this Wendy’s at all."

"Ordered online yesterday through the app. Had a free Dave’s Single because of National Burger day. Got my bag…burger was the size of a Jr. cheeseburger. Opened it, still in the line: No cheese, no tomato, no onion, 1 sliver of lettuce. They never said they were out of any of those toppings. What if I had have pulled off? Told the “manager” I didn’t want it, free or not, and please give me a spicy chicken sandwich. See the pic attached for what I received…that piece of chicken had almost been torn in two (pieces). Wendy’s Rocky Face/Chattanooga Road is seriously hit or a complete miss!"
