"I recently purchased a bike from the Bike Barn. The owner, Mr. Blake, was very kind and helped me select what turned out to be a very good bike. He asked for my wants in a bike, gave me options and let me try it out as well. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend it."

"Owner is a scam artist. Brought my bike in to replace a cable and was told that my bike needed about $100 worth of repairs before he could do anything else as it was a “liability issue.” After I asked what was wrong, he vaguely mentioned “loose parts,” “nothing broken,” and “bad shifting.” Suspicious, I took my bike to trek bikes down the road and was told nothing at all was wrong with my bike. Been riding it for 3 months since then with no issues."

"They really helped me when I was in a pinch. While out with my daughter in her stroller, I realized I had a completely flat stroller tire and they pumped up the tire and wouldn’t accept a tip. I’d been a client (at the old location) and will definitely be one again the next time I’m needing a bike or bike repair—because it was so kind of them to help me out."

"Blake at The Bike Barn did an amazing job helping me find a new mountain bike that was a perfect fit for me. I appreciated how he did not try to pressure me to buy a bike that was out of my price range and took the time to answer all my questions. His staff also did a great job making some custom adjustments to the seat and adding a water bottle holder as I was checking out. I have throughly enjoyed riding my new bike and would definitely recommend The Bike Barn. This store has a wide selection of bikes and gear, and the staff is great!"

"The staff here are super friendly and so polite. The shop is clean and are following social distancing. I took my bike just for a minor checkup and they didn’t charge me at all. There is parking at the back of the store. The bike prices are also reasonable."
