"Stopped in right at 8am on a friday to get some breakfast, all the lights were off, nobody decided to show up I guess. They're supposed to open at 6am mind you. This location was never known for its cleanliness or quality of food, so its very apparent management has just given up, It's a shame."

"Visited the Fort Payne location on 3/2/22 at 6:52 PM to cure a Whopper craving. Noticed that the inside of the store wasn’t busy, practically empty so we decided to go in. Placed our order and waited for our food. Took a while to get our order and noticed that we were given onion rings in one order instead of fries. I didn’t take it back because it took so long to get our food in the first place. As we were eating another customer came inside with a complaint with their order. We finished our meal and left. As we were leaving yet another customer was walking in with their food bag. I used to frequent this location when I worked in town, hate to see it go down hill."
