"This was a followup visit. On the initial visit, informed the nurse that increasing dosage of medication had caused adverse reactions and compounded the symptoms in the past. Nurse increased the dosage anyway. Needless to say, the same complications from the past reoccurring again. Basically, the nurse ignored anything provided by patient and treated symptoms as if a textbook case. Nurse not willing to go back to original dosage so I have to go to another doctor to straighten out this mess. I will never go back."
