"This hospital is strictly convenient for employees only; during my wait to get my husband seen about a EMS employee runs thought the front to the back for treatment of his arm he was seen and treatmented in 30mins that lets me know it probably wasn't life or death then after him a nurse from the back runs to the front checks her relative in and leaves the building to go get them, comes back and was also instantly seen; need i remind you there is 4 people ahead of me thats been there for hours and the representative is still pasting the floor saying sorry for the wait. I can understand short staffed or even full house but what i don't understand why doesn this rule apply to everyone. You mean to tell me i have to be employed here to be treated in a timely manner, honestly the employees here should have there own sections for treatment so they can doctor on themselves and their relatives."

"Very difficult stay. Facility requires bed and chair alarms which infringes on personal freedom and comes dangerously close to "false imprisonment ". Personally frustrating to a veteran with claustrophobia. Further I began having hallucinations after taking gabapentin and tramadol together. These two medications should not be taken tougher. I researched this online, stopped taking tramadol and cleared the hallucinations!!!"

"Every encounter from x-rays ordered by my physician, to emergency room visits for treatment following 2 accidents has been top notch. All personnel from reception, to insurance clerks to Dr's & nursing have went beyond expectations Thankful for Phoebe Worth Medical Center."
