"when you're there they're rude ah, when you try to call, they won't answer the phone. That short brunette is a psycho, and the pharmacy manager is just for show, no brains, just a big white coat."
"On Oct 18, 2021 myself and my mother went to receive the Flu shot at the Walmart pharmacy on Oats st in Dothan. We arrived at 10 am, after waiting 35 minutes I went back up to the counter in inquire about how much longer the wait would be. The staff member ask for our names and stated there was only one pharmacist and could not give me an answer, she seemed very disinterested. After waiting 55 min I again went back up to the counter and told her it has been 55 min, we are leaving. My mother is 88 years old and was having a difficult time sitting in the waiting chairs. 55 min..waiting..hum I suppose it was going to turn into another hour or so. The least Walmart could do, when having customers wait that long for a simple Flu shot is address/acknowledge them while waiting. An hour wait is an extensive time for an elderly person. I have never had a bad shopping experience with Walmart but this was ridiculous. I just hope Walmart knows how difficult it is for the elderly to get out and that they should acknowledge the fact that they are there. My mother stated they "forgot about us". Walmart pharmacy should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. Who is in charge?"
"This store is horrible, always out of stock, empty shelves, rotten food, horrible. Worst store I have ever been to."
"I have been a customer at this pharmacy for almost a year now. EVERYTIME I come here, the workers are rude. They tend to be slow which isn’t such a problem. However, they need to work on their attitudes. I get work can be stressful from time to time, but to go out of their way to embarrass and be nasty towards a customer is ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend coming here unless you’re okay with people that don’t know how to be anything but rude."
