"well Im not frequent customer only one bottle every months or so First a lady came , and I telling her got message from pharmacy and trying to show the message on the phone she was looking for me and asking what i want she didnt even touch the phone or looked for, left totally confused :-) next lady coming, then changed tactics and telling her got message my medicine ready , so giving my licenc , please check my name in the computer what medicine i have she was another clueless associate has no idea what i want :-) she menttioned something she cant use the computer or so eventually a man came up and within a min i got my medicine i dont know what happened, but seemingly walmart hiring random people without knowledge"

"Go to Medicine Stop and avoid the hassle at Walmart pharmacy. There's a couple of nice workers. Mainly Stephanie but the rest are rude. We go to Walmart because insurance prefers it so our rx's are basically free there but we are going to start using Medicine Stop and happily pay 20 bucks for our medications. I'd rather pay and have good customer service. They are very judgemental and always treat you like you are a burden. There's always an issue with our prescriptions and not just 1, literally every other prescription there is some kind of drama regarding it. They treat you as if you are a criminal even though you've never done anything to make them think that. And if you call and speak with a staff you can over hear their coworkers giggling in the background and the pharmacist yelling out loud to the person im speaking with about our situation. If im not speaking to you or asking you a question then bud out and let me finish asking the associate on the phone what I'm trying to ask, I will be sure to find out that pharmacists name. I'm only going there when I absolutely can't afford to go to Medicine Stop. Alot of these big chain pharmacies need to stop acting like they are above others. I know its hard work, I work at a doctors office and deal with some of the same difficult patients as yall do but not everyone has an ulterior motive so learn how to treat customers with respect until they give you a reason not to."

"They shorted me 40 pills and when I told them they said oh well so then the insurance wouldn't allow it to be filled and then they gave me the run around and the staff was rude even rolling there eyes because they screwed up I am changing pharmacies."
