"I just stopped in to purchase gift cards for my personal use. Done in and out no waiting. Thank you!"
"(Specific to the Pharmacy) I've been a customer of this location at least 20+ years. Over the past five years there has been an absurd decline in several things: hours (randomly closes some days for breaks, some days randomly closed, closes earlier every few years), staffing (number of employees in Pharmacy), the customer service declined drastically and medication being out of stock being a constant issue with no option to transfer to another Walgreens or another company unless you have the hard copies in hand... In the past five (or so) years I have had a Pharmacy tech steal from me right in front of my face. I have had two times where they have refused medication if I asked to pick up one of the two or three filled medications but was denied to me (which is not okay and I would imagine illegal in some way - but was later resolved by moving them into separate bags after having to get a manager involved). I have had them refuse to fill a partial on a medication (due to the absurd cost of $350+ I had to get 1/2 at that time of my life) even though they had clearly been doing it this way for me for over a year until one day a new person decided they just didn't want too... The majority of the staff are very unprofessional, there is a clear sense of not wanting to be there or dealing with the public and quick to catch an attitude if you ask any questions... I had one tech. recently tell me when I meds would be ready and come back to find it's out of stock and I was not allowed to have my papers back to go elsewhere (occurred twice). So now when I ask, "Do you have these in stock?" They come off as completely annoyed or tell me they can't give that information (this was over the phone AND in person). It is on a "when they feel like it basis". Customers are treated poorly or like lesser people that are just interrupting their day. I understand the Pharmacy is grossly understaffed (compared to what this place use to be) and work crazy hours; a lot of people do, including myself and I don't take it out on the customers or patients. I could go on for several paragraphs of the terrible practices I've seen over my time being a customer here... It went from having issues once every few months to now every since time I go there, it is a problem. I've lost trust, time, money and patience with this location (my family members lost faith in them long ago). The few times I have complained to management was practically not handled at all. Either way, for your sake / sanity, please take your business elsewhere..."
"The pharmacist at this location is very unprofessional. I was being serviced by a employee that had questions about the prescription I was acquiring about. The employee had too ask the pharmacist questions on entering the information in the computer. He stated too her that they were too busy too put information in the computer and she need to work on the other orders. I said too him so my prescription isn't important for you to fill? He mumbled something under his breath so I told him to give me my prescription and I will take some where else. And I snatched my prescription out of his hand and walked away."
"This pharmacy has been the biggest blessing for me and my husband. Will and Jerry have given me time for questions about medications we take. They have always been so helpful and friendly. I feel very comfortable talking with them. They are both so knowledgeable and can talk with them feeling at ease. The pharmacy is always clean and the staff is very helpful in finding what we are looking for. You are always greeted when you come in and well wishes when you leave. My husband and I are thankful for each and every one of them. This is my store and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for our pharmacy needs!"
"This was the only pharmacy in the area open past 8 pm on a Saturday night. Before driving from Perry, I called the pharmacy to make sure they had the Rx that I needed--they were nice enough to verify that they did indeed have Tamiflu. I then told them that I was driving from Perry and I would be there shortly before closing. After I arrived to the drive through, I was told that it was too late (at 8.42 pm) for them to fill my Rx and I would need to bring it back tomorrow. I explained that I had already called and he went to talk to someone and came back to the window and confirmed that yes, it was too late to get it filled. I left and then called the pharmacist. He told me that after 830, it is unsafe for them to fill a new prescription. Be aware--even though this may be the only pharmacy open on a Saturday evening, you won't get your prescription filled after 830 pm--which is 30 minutes before closing."
