"On October 16 2022 I purchased a $40 Google Play card. As I tried to load the funds there was none so I returned back to the store and told them. They said that they could not help me so I asked for corporate number. 1800-shop-cvs which is a joke. So I return back to the store and said this is not the number to corporate office. The manager at the time lash out at me and cussed me her brother who works there name Tyrique threaten to shoot me and for me to walk outside I have videos with audio."

"Pharmacist Tina & Tech Kinsley were extremely helpful and compassionate. I needed my rescue inhaler and it wouldn’t have been ready until tomorrow morning, but because it’s an emergency drug the pharmacist rushed it and checked me out at the window of the Drive-Thru despite of. That’s the CVS culture that many drug companies should adopt!"

"I honestly cannot praise the staff in this CVS pharmacy enough. I always use the drive up window and I'm sure it's staffed no differently than if I went inside but I literally drive away feeling better about....hell, everything!! Lol! We have a 13mo little girl and most dads will agree when I say that I know absolutely no more than I need to about her "parts". The techs here don't even realize how many times they have calmed my anxst and put my mind at ease when it comes to my little girl and the "stuff" that goes on down there. So professional and understanding and certainly kind and caring. Thank you so much to the pharmacy techs and pharmacists at the CVS at Hartley Bridge Rd and Houston Rd!"
