"Inconsiderate, uncaring, and insensitive each visit to every phone call. My ex-husband and children use them in Macon, Georgia, only for convenience, though its taking a toll. I'll stick to Walmart:)"
"I moved here in July and had my prescriptions transferred from another state. Kroger messed up because pharmacist informed me they had it under wrong address. He said to be sure to tell the pharmacy that the next month to be sure I got it. I called and a very rude employee named, Jamie, kept interrupting me. Positively a disrespectful employee and is not an asset to Kroger pharmacy in any way. This is the 3rd time Ive had to have a conversation with this employee."
"I haves always used Kroger pharmacy and if people are unhappy go to CVS which is horrible. Every place of business gets overwhelmed at times. Give them a break. I would never use another pharmacy they are great and yes l have had to wait like everyone else but very seldom. Had to take my sister to CVS the other day. She had out patient surgery and told us to come back at three and she lives half way to milledgiville. We go back at 3:30 and not ready. We fussed and they filled them except her pain medicine Imagine this they filled the lbuprofen"
"I use to visit this pharmacy frequently until recently when I waited in line at the drive through for 45 minutes. Finally it was my turn when I was told that my prescription wasn’t ready and for me to go to the back of the line because the drive through line was too long. Mind you I had just sat there patiently waiting for my turn on prescriptions that were called in two days prior. I refused because I felt I had waited my turn. The tech who was rude and nonchalant stated that I needed to drive back around so they could serve other customers behind me. I told her that they could wait like I had waited. She summoned the pharmacist on duty who threatened not to fill my prescription and stated he would call the police. At that point I lost it, because I was trying to hold my composure. In short, I left the store but called the manager on duty explaining what had transpired. He apologized….that wasn’t enough so I decided not to use them again!!Never!"
"My husband Had a prescription called in two days ago. He Went in yesterday to pick it up and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. He didnt have time to wait so he told them he would come in today after work. He is there now and has been waiting for over 30 minutes for his prescription, that was called in 2 days ago to be filled. This happens everytime. What's the problem krogers? Is this a standard practice in hopes the people will shop while waiting or just poor management?"
