"Black lady at front desk with glasses is clueless about the owner retain policy process. She was misinformed about the way to obtain a salvage title. She told me I need two inspections in order to receive a salvage title which is incorrect. You don’t need an inspection to receive the salvage title, the one inspection is for receiving the rebuilt title. The only person that gave me correct information was the claims rep gentleman from the back she had to bring out. He needs to take her job. She also failed to provide me with all the forms to receive my salvage title, which caused me to go through more hassle to submit them to the state myself. It’s the insurance agent’s responsibility to provide the forms per GA Department of Revenue page. If you go here take it upon yourself to research everything related to the issue you are coming here for. Don’t rely on the agent to provide you with everything you need to know. Edit: Returned to the office later because she made a mistake on my forms because she was in a rush when she filled it out. Had to call someone above her to get accurate information. I don’t understand why they can’t hire competent people here. A monkey up front would be able to do the job better than her."

"Progressive insurance is a joke. They want to you to provide them with 5 years of insurance to make sure you are a loyal customer but if you haven’t been with the company for 5 years they will raise your rates. I have never once in my life heard of that. We moved two blocks down the road they raised our rates we have been with our insurance company since May 2001 they raised our rates again this is all in less than a month of being with them. Why would I be a loyal customer to a company to that is nothing but money hungry. I haven’t had an accident in the 28 years but you want to charge me so much for my insurance so you are would be getting almost $3,000 a year and never paying out a claim for me but want to charge me this outrageous rate. In 2001 I was paying $91.00 a month for the same insurance coverage on the same vehicle it just sounds like price gauging to me and ripping of the customer that don’t have any accidents to pay for the ones that do."

"Do NOT Use. They look for loopholes to not pay on claims. Dealt for years previously with Geico and never had these issues. Claim representatives do not return calls in a promptly manner as stated they will. Don Not Trust this company @progressive do better"

"When your insurance goes up $20.00, they make you bundle so you think you’re getting a better deal, but your insurance will go down $10.00. We’ll be looking for another insurance company."
