"Not only did I have to call three times to get someone on the phone during business hours, but when I finally did make contact with Mr. Winfrey, he had a stale attitude (as in how dare I call and ask him for information) and never followed up on a simple ask to provide a copy of my home insurance policy dec page. Working with Allstate to see if there are any other agents in the metro area to work with, as I don’t see myself getting any results with Mr. Winfrey after first contacting his office."

"Mr. Victor Winfrey was unprofessional and have poor customer service. He didn't give me reason why charging me extra after cancelling my policy with Allstate less 30 days. He said that I still need to pay the charged amount even without any reason then hen hung up my call. His very rude! He needs more training in handling customers. However, my issues was handled by a female customer service in Allstate who was very nice and not rude. I still recommend Allstate insurance but not Mr. Victor Winfrey."
