"I was stressed out trying to find a new insurance office and I am so happy I reached out to this office. Jonathan Hernandez was the person I spoke to and he treated me so well. He was extremely patient with me and took my phone calls (many phone calls) Explained everything in details so many times. I learned from him so many things I had no idea I needed to know. After back and forth communication with my old insurance company and looking at my old policy I knew I had made the right decision to move insurance company. "The member of her office staff I spoke with today was extremely rude and had no compassion whatsoever. We have several vehicles and a home insured with this agency. My son was in a three car pile up that another driver was at fault. He called State Farm to report the accident and give them the police report number, and got a claim number. The next day I called the office to get a quote on a replacement vehicle so we would have some numbers to work with if the adjuster totaled the car, and was told by the woman who answered the phone that "you should not have called us to begin with if it was the other person's fault" and "why are you asking for a quote on a replacement vehicle before you hear from the adjuster?""

"I met Liz in a non work related way, but she was so passionate about her work and finding insurance solutions for people, even if it wasn’t through working with her company, that I asked her to evaluate what she could offer me and my family. The prices she gave for even better coverage were great so we switched and have been very happy that we did. As life has changed Liz has been responsive and helpful to ensure we get what we need or pare down when warranted (ex. getting then dropping renters insurance when my oldest was in the dorms then moved back home). She and her staff are always helpful, responsive, and professional."
