"my husband and I both go here. We started out seeing Dr. Ullman.she is a great physician. We switched over to April Andrews after Dr.Ullman was booked and we needed appointments. April Andrews is amazing. She possesses a very caring bed side manner, she always answers any questions we have in a very timely manner. We could not ask for a better care giver."

"I would give this office a negative star review if it was possible! The Physician Assistant argued with me about my health issues. She gave me a bogus diagnosis that could have cost me a limb! I will never go to this office again and I would recommend everyone else looking for the correct diagnosis to find an office that cares for their patients!"

"Good luck if you need refills. I've had to make numerous calls almost every time I've needed one but always got it eventually. But finally their inattention has left me in the lurch. I've been trying since mid week to get a very necessary refill following multiple screwups by our insurance company that left me low. They sent it to the pharmacy on Thursday but failed to sign it. The pharmacy faxed it back asking for a signature and made several calls on Friday trying to resolve it, but got no response. The pharmacy asked if I had an after hours number for my doctor - what a laugh! So now it's Saturday and where is Carilion? Closed. The recording says call 911 if you have an emergency. I seriously doubt 911 is going to be any help."

"I just want to say that in all of my years going to doctors, April Andrews is by far the most amazing. She takes the time to explain things well, instead of just running off to another patient as soon as possible. She also offers a lot of insite into choices of treatment and medicine. I also use to go to Dr. Still here and he was pretty good also. The other NP not so much. I hope they give April a big raise and hold onto her for as long as possible! She’s caring and on point and if she’s unsure about something, she takes the time to check twice. Also she doesn’t down you about gaining weight or look at you like you’re crazy when you give her the list of symptoms you have like other docs and is persistent until she can solve the problem or get a specialist lined up who can. She’s kind and professional. :) Honestly couldn’t ask for anything more!"
