"This use to be my family’s physical therapy place and I would always tell the doctors to refer me to this location. Even after I was told this location wasn’t the best for PT (by a doctor) I was still persistent because I really liked this location and the people. Unfortunately that ended today when they wouldn’t allow my daughter to be seen unless she paid $50 for a copay and $5 to use their supplies. I’ve gone here on and off for well over 5 years and have never been charged. I have two insurances and the front desk person was having issues running our secondary. It’s not about the money it’s about the principal of it and the fact my husband said he was treated rudely."
