"This agency does not answer emails or return phone calls. I am not sure if they even exist at this point. Although someone is collecting my money each month, I am not sure who it is. The worst insurance agency I have ever had in my life. they really need some communication training. Kevin was great at first, but just totally fell off the face of the earth after making his commission on my policy I guess. Even emailing the owner is zero help. The front desk says they'll get things to you and never do. I'm at a loss of why they act this way. Wanted to open a business policy for my husband- called, left messages, no reply at all. I don't get it."

"Hello, Allstate started out being an outstanding insurance company. You pay for insurance to have coverage in the event of an accident or incident. Allstate punishes you for filing a claim with them. This is what you pay for. However, they don’t give you money back if you don’t have to file a claim. But, you are deemed or flagged if you want to change insurance your company. It’s sad that after having an accident and having to file a claim going from having a $269.00 monthly premium for two cars (2019 Charger & 2020 Sante Fe) to a $323 monthly premium for one vehicle. Georgia Insurance companies are big rip-offs. Not to mention, they want you to insure the people in your house…hint minors. Remember, this is car insurance for the vehicle not insuring anyone or everyone that drives your car. Car insurance companies are the biggest fraud under your local government. SMH!!!!! "All-State starts out good but drops the ball after they've got you from yout last insurance company. Every month my bill changes started at $250 and this month $762 and Paul never called me back to help me. Casey sold it to me but they oversold ."

"I've been around a while and try to shop around regularly for insurance. I avoided Allstate because of a bad experience over 40 years ago. Now I see how very silly that was. This past year Allstate saved me some serious money on all of my insurance needs. As if that was not enough, the personal service I get has been unmatched by any other company. It was so frustrating with the last three companies to even get to a human. This agency has a person assigned to me and he is AWESOME (Ask for Evan). If he is not available he usually responds within minutes. So you get better service for a lower price. I can't find a downside and there is nothing to lose by calling them for a quote."
