I cannot find my mother policy she paid for anywhere. Do not use them and good luck if your family has a policy with them. I will be contacting the BBB also. They get no stars, they suck!!"

"We have been trying to work on mother in laws life policy for 3 months now. They send correspondences to her address VS ours even though we’ve provided our address. They keep crossing policy information with another family member or when we try and explain that to them on another call they state that they don’t see another policy. Just got a rejection letter sent to wrong address of course advising us the policy isn’t my mother in laws. It’s crazy and frustrating. It’s hard enough given the situation and their lack of professionalism makes it worse"

"This is the worst black owned insurance company. The customer service is horrible. My dad who has passed away opened a policy with Atlanta Life Insurance Company. I tried following up on his policy but got no phone call back. I sent an email with copies of the policy and still no response. Black owned businesses want your support but if this is what I can expect from them no thank you. I finally touched the right button to talk to someone but wasn't any help. I asked to speak to someone in management. I spoke with Marchell not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly but she said that she would call me back tomorrow. I hope she does because I've been dealing with this since October 1st."
